This next section assumes you are studiously planning a big night out…Let’s call it Prelude to a Hangover! And, like all good students your pre-planning and organization is impeccable. Knowing that you will be in no fit state to head outside the day after, here’s your chance to stock up on DVDs now. In fact, whack a few in to your Hangover Kit.

Hungover? Or about to be? Then you’ve come to the right place…

Let’s not stuff around here…The reason you’ve arrived at this site is ’cause you’ve either got the hangover from hell or you’re planning a big night and soon will have.

What you need is a cure. Or cures!

The thing is, we all do hangovers differently. Some throw up. Some just feel shit. Others sweat. Whilst others feel as though someone laid carpet on their tongue while they were sleeping. Some want to eat. Some don’t.

And we’ve all got our special cures, right? Bacon & Eggs, lots of water before bed (try to remember that!), aspirin, vitamins, Red Bull, hair of the dog and the list goes on.

After (too) many years of trial and error, experience tells me that no one cure works all of the time. The trick is to have a hangover kit always on hand (next to your bed is a great place), lovingly stocked with a range of elixirs, potions and devices that you can rely on to get you through. Think of it as a tool box for your body.

So here’s what you need to stock it with:

  • Bottled water
  • Ice Packs (keep these in the freezer)
  • An eye mask (to help pretend it’s still night!)
  • Red Bull (Keep one in the refrigerator and one in the kit for easy access)
  • Aspirin…Many
  • Mints (they help dissolve the carpet)
  • Hydrodol (Works at relieving the symptoms)
  • Sobrietol (Said to remove alcohol from the body)
  • Chaser Plus (Best had while your out and on it!)
  • PEPP (This stuff is golden!)
  • Eredicane (This stuff is sensational if you’re prone to facial blushing after a big night out..Basically, you can lie to your boss and not go red!)

Finally, there’s a heap of stuff on eBay also that you may like to include in your tool box…Check it out here.

That should do it for now. But there’s plenty more posts to come with all sorts of info on how to cure, prevent and even enjoy hangovers. Stay tuned.
